Our hearts go out to all our Homeowners who have experienced some form of loss during Harvey.  We know that you have a lot going on, and renovations to be completed.

 

We want to take this opportunity to remind you that any exterior improvement to your home needs to be approved by the HOA to make sure that you are compliant with our community guidelines.  These improvements could include (but not limited to) new front door, exterior paint, new roof, new garage door, replacement fence, new landscaping.

 

 

During this catastrophe period, we are implementing an Expedited Approval Process.  SCS Management has been given the authority to automatically approve any requests which 100% comply with our Community Building Guidelines.  To make this a smooth process, please complete the ARC Form, and include any required backup documents.
