HOA Annual Assessment Fee
By now everyone should have received their Invoice for the 2014 Homeowners Association Annual Assessment Fee.
This year we have had to implement an increase to $800. This increase will be covering the costs assocaited with the running of our community, grounds and facilities.
We do also have a number of capital improvement plans for 2014 including:
- Repair/Replacement of community fences around the lake
- New lock system and security cameras for the pool
- Maintaining the water level in our community lake.
Our Annual Assessment Fee is due by 1/1/2014, and is required to be paid by 1/31/2014 to avoid a late penalty fee of 18% ($144).

- SCS Management uses a service through Mutual of Omaha Bank

- Mutual of Omaha Bank charges a fee of $10 to make an Online payment to your Credit Card. (Barker Lake Homeowners Association or SCS Management does not receive any part of this fee)
