POOL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The 2011 Swim Season will begin Saturday, May 28, 2011.  DS Recreational will be handling pool management again.  Their number is 281-443-7665...feel free to contact them for any pool related questions or concerns (except pool registration) and to schedule pool parties. The pool will only be open when lifeguards are on duty!

 

POOL REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:

 1.  Complete the enclosed Pool Registration Form. List all family members (age 10 or above) residing (full time) in your home in need of Barker Lake photo ID pool tags.  Swimmers must be homeowners and residents in good standing to register for the pool.  All information must be filled out especially the Emergency Contact.  Failure to do so will delay processing.

 2.  THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE MET IN ORDER TO USE THE POOL FACILITY:

You must be a member of the Association and current on all Homeowners Fees + no unresolved deed restriction violations and a member in good standing.

 3.  Bring this COMPLETED registration form to the Barker Lake Pool entrance between Monday, May 16th – Saturday, May 21st.  All family members must be present to process

    

PLEASE NOTE:  YOU MUST BRING THIS REGISTRATION FORM TO BARKER LAKE POOL BETWEEN MONDAY, MAY 16th – SATURDAY,  MAY 21st, 2011.  ANY REQUESTS FOR TAGS AFTER 2:00 PM MAY 21, 2011 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25.00 LATE FEE.

 

4.  Everyone must have a Barker Lake Photo ID tag and worn at all times in pool area.  Members may invite two guests per tag holder.
5.  Registration will be done entirely in person.  All family members who require a valid photo ID tag must be present.  Tags will be made on site May 21st.

6.  For lost, misplaced or stolen pool tags, there will be a $25.00 charge per tag.

7.  You will not be allowed entry into the pool without your Barker Lake Photo ID pool tag.

 

LATE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:

 

1.   Effective after 2:00 pm May 21st 2011, any request for valid photo ID tag will incur a processing fee of $25 per tag. The processing fee will need to be paid prior to receipt of the Barker Lake Photo ID tag.  Please make your check payable to Barker Lake HOA and mailed to SCS Management.  Cash will not be accepted.  Assessments must be paid in full in order to receive your tag(s).  This does not apply to new homeowners.

2.   Beginning May 23rd 2011, contact SCS Management Services at (281) 500-7107 to arrange for an opportune time to have your picture(s) made.  The time will be at the convenience of the photographer.

3.   Late registrants  will be notified when their tag(s) are ready for pickup.  Please know that there will be no temporary use of the pool while waiting for late tags.

 

TO AVOID A $25 LATE FEE, the appropriate information listed below must be filled out completely and brought with you on Monday, May 16th – Saturday, May 21st  2011.

Pool tags will be issued to all property owners who have completed and returned this form and are eligible for amenity privileges.

Please make sure your account has a zero (0) balance and you do not have any unresolved deed restriction violations.
