Effective April 1, 2021 Barker Lake HOA will be moving to a new management company for our community.

Crest Management will be our new company and our community manager will be Debbie Spaw (some of you may remember Debbie as a former community manager from a few years ago)

The board is very excited about this transition, and look forward to working with Crest Management and Debbie.

Until this date SCS Management still manages our community, and will continue to answer any questions you may have.
