POOL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The 2010 Swim Season will begin Saturday, May 29, 2010.
DS Recreational will be handling pool management again. Their number is 281-443-7665...feel free to contact them for any pool related questions or concerns (except pool registration) and to schedule pool parties. The pool will only be open when lifeguards are on duty during the following hours:

POOL REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
1. Complete the enclosed Pool Registration Form. List all family members (age 10 or above) residing (full time) in your home in need of pool tags. Swimmers must be homeowners and residents in good standing to register for the pool. All information must be filled out especially the Emergency Contact. Failure to do so will delay processing.
2. THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE MET IN ORDER TO USE THE POOL FACILITY:
You must be a member of the Association and current on all Homeowners Fees + no unresolved deed restriction violations and a member in good standing.
3. Mail the COMPLETED registration form to the office of SCS Management Services, 7170 Cherry Park Drive, Houston Texas 77095, fax to 281-500-7167 or email to mluttrell@scsmgmt.com.
PLEASE NOTE: YOUR REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE JUNE 1. ANY REQUESTS FOR TAGS AS OF JUNE 1 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25.00 PROCESSING FEE.
4. 4. Everyone must have a tag
and worn at all times in pool area. Members may invite two guests per tag
holder.
5. Initial registration will
be done entirely by mail. Tags will not be available for walk-in
registration until after June 1.
6. For lost, misplaced or stolen pool tags, there will be a $5.00 charge per tag.
7. You will not be allowed entry into the pool without pool tags.
LATE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
1. Effective June 1st, any request for tags will incur a processing fee of $25 per household. The processing fee will need to be paid prior to receipt of the tags. Please make your check payable to SCS Management. Cash will not be accepted. Assessments must be paid in full in order to receive your tag(s). This does not apply to new homeowners.
2. Beginning June 1st contact SCS Management Services by mail or in person at 7170 Cherry Park Drive, Houston, Texas 77095, or call (281) 500-7107.
3. Tags may be picked up at their office Tuesday through Thursday, 10 AM to 3 PM.
