Additional Sheriff Patrol

Barker Lake now has 24 hr Harris County Sheriff patrol!  Municipal Utility District
(MUD) No.196 which includes Barker Lake, Riata Ranch and Riata West, has added an additional sheriff's deputy to cover the midnight shift.  With this additional deputy, our community now has 24-hr sheriff
deputy patrol. The Harris County Sheriff Office deputies, who are contracted and
paid by MUD 196, can be contacted
through the Harris County Sheriff's Office
switchboard at:
