It is very important to provide information to every resident of Barker Lake.  We do so through this website, flyers, quarterly BOD meetings and of course the Annual Meeting.  At our last annual meeting, it was suggested that we should consider "email blasts" and two residents volunteered to undertake that job and begin acquiring residents e-mail addresses.


 

The "E-Mail Blast" concept is certainly worth trying.  We encourage all residents consider becoming a part of this exciting trial.  We hope all residents consider carefully who, when and where there provide their e-mail addresses.  Therefore, your Barker Lake Homeowners Association is providing this form for residents to send in their addresses to:

Barker Lake 2012 Pool Registration Begins Saturday, May 12th. 

 

This year, there will be six days available for residents of Barker Lake to register for their pool ID tags.

 

  1. May 12th - Saturday - 10:00 am till 2:00 pm.
  2. May 14th - Monday - 7:00 pm till 9:00 pm.
  3. May 15th - Tuesday - 7:00 pm till 9:00 pm.
  4. May 16th - Wednesday - 7:00 pm till 9:00 pm
  5. May 17th - Thursday - 7:00 pm till 9:00 pm.
  6. May 19th - Saturday - 10:00 am till 2:00 pm.

 

Be watching your mail for all your important registration information and forms.  This year, we're implementing our new "renewal" sticker.  If you already have your ID tag from last year and all the information is still valid, for only $ 3.00, you'll receive a tamper proof, hologram "Barker Lake 2012 Resident ID" to update your tag.  All the information will be included in your mailer.

All residents of the Harris County MUD 196 should have received a letter this week from Waste Management and HCMUD 196.  In it, they announced the NEW - RECYCLING PROGRAM that begins this month (March 2012).  For those that didn't receive it or misplaced it, please click on this link for all the details.
